Jeff Gerken, President of Albeck Gerken, Inc. retires from the US Navy Reserve after 23 years. Jeff started his Navy career in the nuclear propulsion program aboard USS Pargo, a fast attack submarine. He took a commission in the Civil Engineering Corps after completion of his Masters degree. Jeff twice commanded Seabee companies in Iraq, first in 2003 with the Air Detachment and again in 2007-2008 with Fox Company. His most recent assignment was as the Operations Officer of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 15.

Albeck Gerken, Inc. engineers previously conducted testing of Wavetronix HD units agains Jamar tube counters for vehicular traffic counts (see white paper). This series of tests evaluated the Wavetronix HD unit vehicle classification capability. Look for futher information as we prepare the updated white paper on classification capability.

Jeff Gerken returns to Albeck Gerken, Inc. after completing his second deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Jeff is a Navy Reserve Civil Engineer Corps Officer assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Fifteen.  This deployment he was the Fox Company Commander and Camp Knott Mayor assigned to Camp Fallujah.
